After de-merging from Woolworths Group, Endeavour Group sought to gain a greater understanding of their cost, consumption, emissions and energy data. Trellis facilitated a transition from Envizi which ultimately resulted in higher quality data, deeper insights, a clear audit trail, facility and meter level visibility, higher percentages of real data and transparency around estimated data.
Within 9 months of the transition Endeavour Group had a successful environmental audit with the one of the Big Four. This was a significant milestone and confirmed Trellis as the right choice for a long term partnership. Endeavour Group’s operations span an entire supply chain and include BWS, Dan Murphy’s, ALH Hotels, Jimmy Brings, Shorty’s Liquor & Pinnacle Drinks.
Trellis on-boarded the national and New Zealand network of stores, logistics, processing and administration centres of the Endeavour Group. This complex business structure coupled with a wide variety of systems and the added challenges related to the shared nature of data with Woolworths-connected stores, allowed Trellis to differentiate itself in the evaluation process. In addition to utilities and waste tracking across the 2,100 sites, Trellis are supporting new site detection, meter connections, dis-connections, energy & waste projects and ensuring compliance with NGER Act reporting and a raft of non-financial disclosure standards.
